Prep
Apply toner, serum, and any treatment before this step.

Scoop
Take your ideal ratio (Dry: 2 capsules + 1 scoop gel · Oily: 1 capsule + 2 scoops · Combination: 1 + 1).

Gently press capsules between palms to release the formula and blend.

Smooth across face and neck, pressing in until absorbed.
Use morning and night. A mild tingling is normal. Because this contains Retinol, start every other night for first-time use, patch-test if sensitive, and follow with SPF during the day.
