For users located in the United States, Singapore, or Hong Kong, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. Class action claims and class-wide arbitration are not permitted; all disputes must be resolved on an individual basis.
