We currently offer international shipping to selected countries and regions.
Shipping availability may vary depending on destination and local regulations.
Shipping Policy
Orders over $60 USD qualify for free standard shipping.
Orders under $60 USD will incur a flat shipping fee of $20 USD.
Shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and import charges (if applicable)
may vary depending on the destination country and are displayed at checkout where available.
Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearance, local courier operations,
weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address or cancel the shipment.
Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of international cross-border shipping,
we only accept returns and provide refunds for products that are:
defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly shipped.
To request a refund or replacement for a defective or damaged item
customers must contact customer support within [7] days of delivery and provide relevant photo evidence.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or free returns are not available for:
- change of mind,
- incorrect quantity selected,
- incorrect option or variant selected,
- personal preference,
- failure to read product details,
- delays caused by customs or local delivery carriers.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing their order before completing payment.
Change-of-Mind Returns
If a customer requests a return due to change of mind,
the customer is responsible for all shipping-related costs, including the original shipping fee.
For example:
If you purchased a $20 product and paid a $20 shipping fee, the refundable amount
may be $0 after deducting the original shipping cost. If you received free shipping for an order over $60
and later return the order for personal reasons, the original shipping cost of $20 may be deducted from the refund amount.
In cases where free shipping was applied and the return causes the final retained order
value to fall below the free shipping threshold, an additional shipping fee may be deducted from the refund.
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are also the customer’s responsibility.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If the product is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped due to our error:
- return shipping fees will be fully covered by us,
- the customer will receive a full refund or replacement,
- no additional shipping fees will apply.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow additional processing time depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

with this policy or where sufficient evidence is not provided.
