Classic Ceremony (Usucha)
Sift 1 tsp (~1–2 g) into a chawan
Pour 60–70 ml hot water (75–80°C, do not boil)
Whisk in an M-shape for ~15 seconds
Sip slowly.
Matcha Latte
Sift 1 tsp into a cup, whisk smooth with 30 ml hot water
Top with 150 ml warm or cold milk
Sweeten to taste.
Iced Ceremony Shake
1 tsp + 200 ml cold water + ice in a shaker
Shake until dissolved.
Matcha Shot
1 tsp + 30 ml cold water + ice
